O.G.

Date: October 8, 2026

Time: 5:30 AM – 6:15 AM

AO: The Hub

QIC: O.G.

PAX: Mufasa, Heisenberg, Atticus, Campbells, Trader Joe, O.G.

Count: 6

Weather: Crisp and clear

The gloom was crisp and clear this morning, setting the perfect stage for a heavy-hitting beatdown. We grabbed our blocks, circled up, and got straight to work.

Warm-O-Rama (COP)

• SSH x 25 IC
• Imperial Walkers x 15 IC
• Hillbillies x 15 IC
• Weed Pickers x 15 IC
• Arm Circle Complex x 10 IC (Forward (small and big), Backward (small and big))
• Motivators 5 to 1

The Thang: Dora Domination

We set up the cones at 20, 40, and 60 yards in the parking lot and paired up.

The Timer: Partner 1 ran a full suicide (20 yards and back, 40 yards and back, 60 yards and back) while Partner 2 chipped away at the cumulative team reps with the coupon. Flapjack until the team hits the target count.

• Round 1: 100 Side to Side Block Merkins
• Round 2: 200 Block Chest Press and Overhead Pull
• Round 3: 300 Weighted Squats

8MOM (Mary)

We pushed the standard 6MOM to 8 minutes to torch the core before time was called.

• Flutter Kicks
• Heel Taps
• LBCs
• Box Cutters
• Plank to finish

I wasn’t feeling 100% today but a commitment I had made to Q so Q I did. Felt so much better after the work had been done. As Q, I have been exploring more complex motions than just the standard merkin or standard chest press. Somethings to hit stabilizer muscles and core. I definitely had more in the bag of tricks for the day but have learned that when doing the complex movements maybe rep count needs to be lowered for time’s sake. Learn and move on.

Thank you for allowing me to lead today. I appreciate each of you men and Atticus too. 😉 Have a blessed day!
