Involved three rounds of the following; 2 hand farmer carry as timer, sandbag single leg lunges, 8 count body builders, sandbag snatches, kettlebell work with some 80’s music

Rosalita Whips, high flutters, low flutters, BJJ situps, low dollies, high dollies
