BACKBLAST: Saturday, 10/11/25 Band-Aids @ The Sauer Patch
PAX: Boo Boo, Trader Joe, Mufasa, PacRat, Peyton, Dr. Freud, The Mick, Lights Out, In the Can, Wilson, Editor, and HHH.
Great cool Fall morning for a beatdown. Had a handful of ruckers at 0600. Came early to get the coffee going and wanted to check out the distance of the trail to see if I should incorporate it into the WOD. The trail itself is .67 mi. Had I chose to use it, it would have been a like a .85 mi warm up lap. There is a decent amount of space on the trail if some chooses to use it and have some stops along the way for some exercises. Anyways, I digress. Here is what we ended up doing for 70 minutes.

The band work took some time, but I knew getting it all in would be a challenge. If there is a next time, I will prehang the bands. I think that wasted about 5 minutes. Glad I told everyone to plan for 75 minutes. Not a super hard work out, but definitely had to use the muscles to stabilize the variable tension. In the end, it was a nice, low-impact workout.
Awesome to see In the Can and Wilson again! Hope to see you both again sooner rather than later.
Gonna keep it short so I can watch the rest of the Cubs game. Good luck to the GBs tomorrow. Heal up quickly Al Gore!
Come out to the Hub for a couple of VQs in the next 10 days.
SYITG,
HHH
