Down range post #2 in Perrysburg, OH @F3 Black Swamp
16 pax for Ruck/run miles in Perrysburg OH.. Today’s ruck was 2.5 very humid, foggy miles along the Maumee River led by Longhorn, whom brought out two 45# kettle bells and incorporated an indian ruck, with the rear pax speeding up to the front with said kettle bells, and taking the lead then dropping those bells for the last pair of pax to follow.
Great fellowship and leadership in this area and I highly recommend dropping in if you are traveling nearby. Thanks again @F3 Black Swamp

Road tripping with the family and we stayed in Perrysburg overnight but I needed to get back on track with a downrange beatdown and leadership ruck.
It was really good to see some new things out here. Bringing a few things back I would like to implement.
