Had to go to St. L for work. Went and joined the brothers at The Brickyard for a Ruck Q.

Rucked 3.25 miles with the men. Was an hour long session. We stopped 4 times for Merkins with Ruck on. Also ran up Art Hill with ruck on. Great dudes, Great time. Best way to start the day.
2005 and O.G. went down range to The Station in Orland Park, IL to get some work in with the men of F3 Southside.

Stretch on Q, laying out a no-nonsense, burpee-heavy, full-body beatdown that kept everyone moving from start to finish.
