1 PAX to perform AMRAP PT, 2 PAX to run a paved lap around the park. When both PAX reach the stage, one subs out for PT and the others continue on. Everyone does 2 laps and 1 set of PT:

PAX ran nearly 1 1/3 miles and 5 sets of AMRAP PT. Fortunately, everyone was in running health, so we were sure to pick up the pace a bit. Grab coupons and head back to the shelter

Various Broga stretches/cool-downs. With a bad arm, elbow, and neck, not a whole lot we could agree on so we strove for range of motion and cool-down
