THANG: Roll some dice and however many you get you run that many stations around the lot. There are 6 total stations so if you roll a 15 you’d do two full laps around and then move forward 3 stations so if you were at S1 you do two laps around then to S4. We did all the stations except #2 and we did #3 twice…

  • 200 Bulgarian Split Squats (100 each leg)
  • 300 Dips

Jog back to parking lot

  • 1-12 Stationary Ladder Beginning with 12 Lt Dans and 1 Burpee, all the way to 1 Lt Dan and 12 Burpees.. 78 of each

MOLESKIN:

Our group was split for the first half+ of the beatdown with Boo Boo, Campbells, and Pacrat having their own Beatdown under the Portico while they couldn’t find us at the Sportsmen club. Not sure what they did but I’m sure it was A) Solid and B) Not as bad as what we did.

I’m glad for everyone that’s braved the cold with me the last 2 days! Keep it up and keep posting in strong numbers! Like HHH said if doing Mary shirtless in -17 windchill will get 20 PAX, I’ll do it HAHA

Al Gore got my POTD. Ya know how in a Dora you and your partner get in a rhythm where you know how many reps you’re doing during the other guy’s timer round. Well Al Gore said screw this we’re winning and just kept upping the number of reps while I was timer. Way to push us and me to keep up the count acceleration! Killed in on the 300 Dips!

MOLESKIN:

This was a fun last minute idea on how to honor President’s Day with some presidential trivia. As alluded to in the COT post, I am the Presidential History buff and Pacrats pretty smart with it too. Everybody knew something tho and could name some especially as the later President’s came up.

Prayers were said in gratitude for our Country, Freedom, and the many men who served the office of President. Good time was had at coffee as well were all 5 PAX showed and hung for a bit. Bundle Up again tomorrow it’s finna be cold again! Great job OCB, Al Gore, Optimus, and Pacrat toughing out the cold, I don’t think it was too too bad and I hope I made it bearable with this 🙂
