Great turnout! Keep up the good work men; your commitment inspires me and is the kick in the ass I need to get back into the discipline of consistently posting in the Gloom. Hoping we can get 20+ out for Sharknado on Saturday!
This was a good challenge for me personally. I had to push through a good amount of soreness from Tuesday’s Murph but the Q adrenaline provided a big boost. Hope the other PAX felt challenged by the beatdown.
During CoT, The Mick reminded us of F3’s mission – “[…] to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.”
For the invigoration of male community leadership – this phrase in particular stands out to me. It’s not to become physically healthier, or to make new friends…it’s about the invigoration of male community leadership. The QSource states, “A leader is a person who can influence people to do things that they would not have done otherwise.” We see examples of this every time we post through the leadership of the QIC (yes, I will admit that I would not be doing murder bunnies up and down the MO7s hill unless HHH tells me to do it).
How do you influence the community of family, friends, and colleagues God has placed in your life?
In this period of Lent, maybe now is the right time to reflect how we each can exhibit male community leadership.
As Scarecrow said – “It’s Not Going to be Not Hard.”
Until Next Time,
Bozo
BACKBLAST 2/22/23 Editor Junior in CP
10 PAX posted in Crown Point this morning. 5 PAX ran up to 8.8 miles while 5 PAX rucked on the trail. At least one PAX was channeling his inner Editor by arriving late at the trailhead. Thank you to 4howa for wearing a headlamp and pointing out puddles and piles of dung (human or animal – you decide).
