4 PAX enjoyed the warm 26˚ weather at The Dump.
Warm-Up:
9-5 Motivators, 6x IC Willie Mays Hays, 10x Perfect Merkins, 10x IC ISTs, 10x IC Hillbillies
The Thang:
Mosey to bottom of hill. Attempted 11×11 of Merkins and split squats, Merkins on top, split squats on bottom. Ended up doing about 5 of them, then ran out of time. Still got 100 Merkins and about 20 split squats per leg. Mosey around all of Centennial back to start. We got approximately 2.5 miles in on the day. Shout out to Ringo for pushing through (and check out Strava if you need an app that records your running – that’s the app I use to keep track; it’s free and great for accountability).
Mary:
15x IC LBCs, 15x IC Supermans, 10x CC Leg lifts (Homer-Marge).
