First, thanks to all the PAX for bringing more than enough sandbags so I didn’t have to improvise. Second, it’s unfortunate that Wicker is closed and that PAX must travel a little bit longer to workout, but I am super appreciative to see them. Third, thank you to everyone that has donated money towards coffeeteria for Dr. Freud’s brother’s church in NC. We have raised $148 so far and Dr. Freud will close things out in a post later today. I will still do onsite coffee for anyone Qing that wants it. No need to make any more donations. We have plenty of cups, filters, coffee grounds, etc.
T-Claps to all of the preruckers and runners. I know trader Joe hit 10K steps during the beatdown!!
I was randomly thinking about the word nightmares and thought to myself if this word exists that would be because we need to differentiate it from daymares otherwise we would just say mares. Lo and behold, I was correct! Anywho, you all know I love my themes and love to plan my Qs around them. Told Optimus before we started that I probably have only completely winged 2 Qs over my 9+ years. I can do it, but it won’t turn out as good. Props to all of you that can do that.
As always, thanks for following my lead. Continue prayer and posting physically; not Band social posting. Remember, Fe sharpens Fe. We are better and stronger together. Love you all. Be safe and stay strong.
SYITG,
HHH

With the pivot and the storm to follow I did forget a few of the exercises. I’m grateful for the men who were willing to help serve. I’m still hopeful that we can clear out the trail but it seems there was a needed shift this week. Hopefully the men who prepared their chainsaws were ready to help. Seems there is plenty of lumberjacking going on these days.
Events like this weeks storms give HIMs a real opportunity to show there heart of service. Clean up for many will persist so keep asking those around you if they need help. I’m proud to a part of a group so willing and able to serve.

Leadership moment- Biblical Humility: “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. So submit yourself to God. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.” (James 4:6-8) Personal life Humility: Put ego aside, listen to constructive feedback, and admit mistakes so you can continuously learn.
Today was Heisenberg manny but for obvious reasons (if not obvious, ask) he couldn’t be QIC. I asked him for a couple ideas to do in his honor and, (not) surprisingly, he gave me the following ideas. I chose to stick with the levels during the BD but you can do the series OYO at home! You and/or your M can thank him later 😉
Five pelvic exercises: pelvic floor exercises
1. Kegel’s -10 sets contract and relax – if you are moving on the outside – that is not correct
2. Endurance contractions of pelvic muscles 10 sets for five to ten seconds as it gets stronger.
3. Lay down in WWII POSE hold pillow in between knees. Lift and hold pelvic area hips. Do ten total, lifts oh hips.
4. Squats – breathe in , on way down then breathe out on the way up.
5. Lunges – breathe in on forward step (kegel) breathe out step back (with kegel) .
Will improve erections, control, and longer lasting.
- Michelle Kenway – an Aussie
Two exercises
Standing Kegels 5 long and 5 short then repeat once. Do three times a day.
Long is a 10 second hold – pull in pelvic floor – (hold pee move) and pull in butt hole.
Short ones are quick and deep holds and release.
Should feel pelvic floor release or pull tight.

Thanks HHH for maintaining the percolator & coffee supplies and providing on-site coffeeteria!
Don’t eat too many elephant ears or plates of cheesy curly fries at the Fair this week 😉
