Backblast – 6/4/24 Rusty’s Manniversary Murph @The Hub
After a lot of thought and with all of the possible workouts I could choose from, I chose the Murph for my Manniversary workout. Or I completely misunderstood the assignment that I was able to chose my own workout. However, it was fitting because my first Beatdown was The Murph a year ago.
Come out next Tuesday 6/11 for an original Rusty Beatdown, I will save my Moleskin for then.
