CORONAVIRUS IS HERE!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 7,000 ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER!!!
5 pax threw caution to the wind and braced to catch the world-ending virus. No one showed any signs of it. Maybe coronavirus is a really tough EH and doesn’t like burpees or getting up in the morning. Here’s how we kept the virus at bay:

It seems that the world has been ending since I was born. Coronavirus is just the latest disaster added to the list that contains 9/11, war in Iraq, war in Afghanistan, Kony 2012, H1N1, swine flu, Y2K, Twitter, global warming, and so many others. I know that a lot of you guys have seen much more of this kind of stuff than I have. It just seems never ending. That being said, don’t take unnecessary risks and maintain clean hygiene. I guess clean hygiene means buying every roll of toilet paper in existence (maybe Kato missed this morning because he was in line for the beautiful white linen).
All of you men did a great job today! Muck earned POTD for his rigid iso exercises and great pace. Blue is on a roll! He’s really getting back into it fast! PacRat was the studliest of studs on a morning filled with studly work. Ham pushed himself to the limit, saw red, and kept on going! Thanks for letting me lead you all today! Hopefully we all live to see tomorrow!
