Family Guy, Goon, Gummy Bear, Federali, Gruenwald, and Roadshow took the proverbial ice to shoot some 3v3 today.
Who knew Roadshow was such a stud?!? He needs to come out more! Goon really showed out too proving himself to be the MVP today as he won regardless of which team he joined.
Come back next month for more! See ya!
Prayers for Coors recovery and any others dealing with injuries and ailments…

Pax: Team 1Coors, Crash, Rover, Gruenwald, Batman , Family Guy
Team 2: LaLoyd, Optimus, Gummy Bear, All In, Federali
We had a great start to the year. Lots of broken sticks and busted shins, but a productive day. See you Thursday 1•11•24
Team 2 took all the games handedly
-(add on I forgot about)
There was also a couple that pulled up in a pickup truck and asked why we were out here all the time. Quality group EH was made and we got the husband intrigued hopefully he comes out tomorrow! Keep letting people know about the group and know your audience. What are you going to promote as your hook? F1, F2, or F3? Til next time…

Pax: Roadshow, OCB, PacRat, Kevin FNG-Dorothy (1/2), Snowbird (1/2), Paw Patrol (1/2), Gruewald, Gummy Bear
QIC: Kato
Warmup: Quick
The Thang: Mosey’d from starting point to Stairway to Heaven
From here we did the following:
Two waves of Pax. Group 1 Sprinted up the stairs until everyone got to the top, started AMRAP squats until wave Group 2 Pax came, then did 25 squats together. Ran back down.
Repeat x 2
Two waves of Pax. Group 1 Sprinted up the stairs until everyone got to the top, did 10 SSH, came down as the timer. Group 2 did AMRAP WWIs. Switch. Repeato x 2.
Ambitious Pax had the option at the end to do more sprints rather than WWIs. AKA the skinny guys not needing AB work.
Mosey back to starting point.
Naked Moleskin: It was great that Dorothy, Paw Patrol, and Snowbird stuck around for 1/2 of the second workout. Snowbird who is downrange was asking a ton of great questions like is this a normal double down as well as the men’s breakfast schedule post. I told him that we do it at this AO as a tradition and we were handing off A.O. Q.
Moleskin: Sorry I couldn’t make the breakfast due to coming down with what I think is ultimately the Flu. Recovered now. Thank you to Optimus for being open to a double beatdown or workout! The Dump has been a great experiment that ultimately turned into what it is today.

Great turnout for what turned out to be a really rainy morning. T-Claps to Gruenwald on making his first post at The Hub. We might not have the reputation of Troy but hope you got a good challenge out of today’s beatdown ; )
Also, T-Claps to the 2.0s that posted – Krusty and HH. I was definitely not spending my Christmas break working out at 0530 when I was their age. Way to do the harder thing boys!
Turned out to be a pretty good full body beatdown. The sequence of merkins in the first set of exercises was pretty brutal. Those narrow stance squats also generate a surprisingly good burn. The 12-1 Motivators was exactly what we all knew it would be. T-Claps to the PAX that were able to burn through that entire set without modifying.
Prayers for continued recovery of several PAX, family members, and friends. Also, prayed that we might continue to be receptive to being used by God to make a positive difference in the world.
Thank you for the opportunity to lead.
Until Next Time,
Bozo
