The Dump A.O.
PAX: Drums, Crash, Junk Yard Dog
Q: PacRat
Cool, mid-high 50’s.
Picked up this Q last minute and it was an honor to do so. With Roadshow having to be strategic with his knee, OCB out of town, there’s slots up north without Qs.

Welcome back Junk Yard Dog. As soon as I saw your face, I could tell you were looking for a Beatdown. It was great catching up with you.
My blue Civic was finally towed to her final resting place. I remember what an asshole I was when I bought that car. It was the absolute beginnings of car dealers leveraging the Internet. I had several threads going with Honda dealers, looking for the best price. At the very end, I was bargaining over $20 an exchange. I finally settled in $12,900 all in. Taxes, title, license, doc fee.
When I went to pick up the car, I gave my brother in law my briefcase and brought him with. I put my $2,500 down payment in there and went to the dealer. When we came back from the test drive, we went into the office to do the deal. When the sales rep asked about a down payment, I snapped my fingers and my BIL opened the briefcase and handed her the money.
It sounded brilliant and hilarious at the time, but that lady probably thought I was retarded. And she would have been correct.

Thanks Crash for the hookup.
