A bunch of guys came to play ultimate. A few gents rucked.

BACKBLAST 01/07/23 Ultimate @ Trinity
We had 3 ruckers at 0500. T-Claps to Han Solo for keeping his post streak alive. Major T-Claps to Peyton and Class Act for showing up so he didn’t ruck alone. The Two also did the BFF Test along with an additional 9 pax. Lots of solid reps and times for a baseline. I believe we ended up with 8 v. 8 frisbee and 4/5 others working out in the parking lot or rucking some more. Two of these pax did the BFF; one of which was the orchestrator of the 0600 launch. T-Claps to Editor for stepping up and taking care of timing and logging. 13 PAX in all completed the beginning of the year test. Hopefully, we all will see an uptick in scores. If you missed out and want to do it, I am sure we can accommodate, but we will be doing it again two more times.
T-Claps to Scarecrow and PacRat for sharpening each others iron on the ruck sprint. I don’t think a single person sandbagged their reps or time. OCB and Crash worked hard and pushed through with some bum legs/shins. Great numbers on the HR merkins and sandbag burpees. Class Act, The Mick, and OCB rucked out with some loaded rucks. All I can say is Beast mode. Props to Face Plant for showing up and seeing what a ruck and sandbag session is all about. Sorry if I missed anyone. I was too focused on not laying an egg.

The fellowship team went to Small Town while others went to Steam Whistle. I am betting there were great discussions all around. BTW, I was able to tag everyone without looking at the video!
BACKBLAST 08/06/22 Ultimate Frisbee @ Trinity
28 PAX came out. Some rucked, 1 ran, and most played frisbee. The Hub was missing some key players, but Kato made up for it with his non-stop chatter.
BACKBLAST 6/11/22 – Ultimate @ The Pig Pen
PAX: Ginger Billy, Banshee, Tony Perkis, Vector, Bessie, Mustang Sally, Chatterbox, Minion
We played some ultimate on the perpetually wet grass at the Pig Pen. Tony Perkis lost the bottom of one of his cleats and finished the last game barefoot. Mustang Sally had a rough fall on the track trying to get to an overthrown frisbee and was left with a pretty gnarly scrape. Those were the main highlights. Continue to pray for growth and for many to grasp the vision of what F3 can be in Kouts.
BACKBLAST 5/14/22 – Ultimate @ The Pig Pen
PAX: Lights Out, Campbells, Slippers (FNG), Scarecrow, Ginger Billy, Banshee, Tony Perkis, Mustang Sally
Ultimate was played. I guess it was pretty slippery. I don’t know, I wasn’t there. I’m basically doing this so Lights Out gets credit for being there. Just kidding! Nobody else at the Pig Pen knows how to backblast yet and I kept forgetting. Sorry. We did have an FNG that day who I think will be back again soon!
