- Repeat completing a light pole lap ending at MO7S
- Mosey to GSC
- Lazy-ish Dora – Derkins & Dips, P1 executes x5 Derkins while P2 holds ready for Dips. On the switch P2 executes x5 Dips while P1 holds ready for Derkins. Repeat for total 25 each then switch & repeat.
- Mosey to MO7S
- Light pole ladder- 10 Hand Release Merkin at the pole, 10 Sgl Arm Rows (cc) at MO7S
- Single leg lunge walk circuit to flag, 10 steps each leg the 10 ea leg lateral lunge & squat
