8 PAX gained a day on Scarecrow and enjoyed the great Fall weather. Lots of PAX doubling down and enjoying the Gloom. The first pyramid has been completed. Here is what we did:

After each exercise, run down to tree line
Do 5 merkins and 5 WWIIs and run back

Burpees (5 OYO)
8 Ct Cobra Stretch (4 IC)
Reverse Plank Flutter Kicks (10 IC)
J-los (5 IC)
Happy Baby (5 IC)
Child’s pose (~15 sec)
First, PSA time. The hub should have double-digit PAX on a regular basis even with 3-5 Fartsacks/OOTs. This is 2 layers weather for most PAX. Tank, Gump, and Editor can still rock one layer and expose skin. If you need an accountability partner; let us know. I will start calling out PAX as it will force me to post as well. Please call me out if I fartsack.
Next, we need to start re-EHing. Let’s get some Kotters. I heard there might be a Q4 challenge in the works. Start with those guys that you were able to get out a few times. Let’s all try to get guys that used to come on a semi-regular basis. Also, re-engage with those targets you were unsuccessful with this past year. The timing might be right now! Do it before we dip into the single digits.
Pre-Stuff: Atticus and I knocked out 2.5 miles. Editor joined us for a little over a mile. 4 Howa was doing his preruck thang. Who wants to join him? Mufasa was knocking out some pull ups so he can get to his unassisted pull ups goal. Great idea. Who else had that goal? Plenty of open bars now. Come on out and join the fun!
I appreciated the great feedback today. You can’t get better if you don’t know what to work on. Looking forward to applying these on Thursday. Everyone did great today! I specifically targeted the legs today so I can take a rest day tomorrow, but it was only to avoid running 3 days in a row. I can’t reach my goals of losing weight and completing a star course if I rest though. So I will be out there on the trailhead tomorrow rucking w/ whoever shows up. Special shout out to 4Howa. Even with some time off to celebrate his parents, he came back and pushed hard. He is making great Gainz!
