I picked up this Q last minute Friday morning when HHH called out for help since no one had taken the Q. Since I haven’t been around much, I waited to see if someone would grab it. By noon, no one had grabbed it and O.C. was taunting me to take it and bring on the pain. Thus, the title.
So, challenge accepted. Then I looked at the weather, and it looked bad at game time. Now I had to figure out how to go aerobic in the pavilion. Ah ha … 7-1 motivators, followed by 7-1 Lt. Dan and finally 7-1 Sgt. Dan. Then I wanted o double back on all of these with 8-10 of each, but there was no rain so we went out on the park road and did the work noted above.
In the end Dr. Freud commented on how high his pulse stayed (over 130). O.G. did the same. At coffee everyone complained of the pain. Well, I can honestly say my glutes and thighs were sore for 3 days. I could not squat or bend over.
I have to say this was one of my favorite beatdowns at Sauerman. It had weights, running, and body weightwork. With blends of all of it and slight changes in venue. I hope the crew enjoyed it as much as I did
All the best,
The Mick
