I’m in the middle of marathon training and had a hard time rolling out of bed for this one. However, I signed up for the Q and had to put in the work, and, like pretty much every time before it, I was so glad I did. After a WO, and a Q especially, I always seem to notice a jump in the quality of my day, yet every night before a Q, without fail, I find myself questioning if I’m worthy to be doing this and if I’m really prepared, etc. At the end of it all though, I realize I don’t have a choice and I’ve gotta show up.
It seems like with a lot of things in life showing up is the most important part. Thank you guys for helping me show up today and giving me the opportunity to lead. You’re all studs.
