It wasn’t as windy as it has been, but it was still a little chilly at the start. We warmed up in no time, though. OCB got things rolling with the first three exercises. Daddy duties prevented me from being on time, but it’s all good. Family first. I incorporated a little more jumping than I usually do. Plyometrics can work wonders. OCB crushed the first circuit, the coupon work, and really pushed me during the sprints. Family showed off his light feet during the jumping portion. You can tell he’s got some good athleticism.
Light numbers again. Guys, we have to hold ourselves accountable. It’s not easy to force ourselves to get out of bed in the morning, but we need to do it. Your brothers need you to do it. I hope we have better numbers as spring marches on. It’ll be easier to post soon, but start now when it’s harder. Thanks for letting me lead.
