The Thang:
Amp Circuit
Starting at the stage pax moved up the left side of the amp and did Irkins x 5 for each level. At the top 5 burpees and then down the center with Dirkins x 5 on each level. At the bottom 10 SSH ic and then move up the right side of the amp with 5 Irkins at each level. 5 more burpees at the top then return to the stage for 10 coupon complexes.
Pond Lap
1/4 bear crawl, 1/4 butt kickers, 1/4 high knees & 1/4 lunge walk.
Amp Circuit
Starting at the stage pax moved up the left side of the amp and did a box jump for each level. At the top 10x American Hammers and then down the center with Dips x 5 on each level. At the bottom 10 SSH ic and then move up the right side of the amp with a box jump for each level. 10x American Hammers at the top then return to the stage for 10 coupon complexes.
Partner Dora
Each team did 100 coupon presses, 100 curls and 50 coupon thrusters. Timer was one pax running to the top of mp and back.

My first take at trying to create an obstacle course. We had to watch out for the sprinklers at the top which made things more difficult if you didn’t want to get wet. I felt like this was a good mix of cardio & coupons with plenty of exercises I could switch out next time. We had some good conversations at coffeteria on site.
