- V-Ups x10 CC, mosey to GSC
- Dips & Flutter Kicks x10 IC, mosey to Pull Up bars first stopping at driveway
- Hand Release Merkin (HRM) x10 CC, mosey to PU Bars
- Hanging Knee Raise x10 CC & Side Straddle Hop x10 IC, mosey to the blocks
- Farmer Carry 2 blocks around the house
- Curl & Low Dolly x10 IC, mosey to south trailhead
- HRM & WWI x10 CC, mosey down the trail
- Bear Crawl
- Squat Jump x10 CC, mosey to north trailhead
- HRM x10 CC, mosey to MO7S then repeato the circuit

This Q was still available so I grabbed it the other day. Always keep an eye open for opportunities. I wanted to get in some time on the trail and the best time is summer when it’s light in the morning.
