Moleskin:
Turned out to be a pretty nice morning for a beatdown. It was good to get in some core work and not have to lay in slush or wetness which seems to frequently be the case through the winter months. Nice work by everyone grinding through the beatdown! TClaps to Heisenberg for not having a brain fart this year and ruining his run to 100% attendance in January…one more day to go brother!
