Warm Up:
Arm Circles, Bean Pickers, Willie Mays Hayes, Perfect Squats, Perfect Merkins, etc
The Thang:
Each PAX took turns throwing the frisbee and calling out the exercise. I believe that we did Push Ups, Squats, Sit Ups, Lunges, and American Hammers.
Mary:
We threw the football around and had a great time doing so!
