One of the great benefits of leading a workout is choosing what you like to do. Today I wanted to get some coupon work in because that’s something I don’t do on my own. We sat down for the exercises we could and I felt like that was a nice change. Not necessarily easier or more difficult, just different. We didn’t have time for Mary and I don’t think anyone cared.
