PAX: Optimus, The Mick, Pacrat, Kato & Bob Villa
5 PAX started the day on the right foot for a great morning beat down at the dump. Not knowing the condition of the stairs we took a pole of the PAX and it was decide to go for it.. so here’s how it went down…
WARM UP:
x15 Bean Pickers
x 20 Side Straddle Hops
x 25 Unperfect Squats
x 2 Bateen Death March Indian Run – 3 burpee head start parking lot lap
THE THANG:
Stairway to Eleven – Started w/ Burpees at the bottom with a incline merkin halfway up and completed a squat at the top and running (sliding) back down the stairs. Each time adding a rep to finish at 11.
MARY:
Finish a run from the stairs to the parking lot
Two minute plank
MOLESKIN:
Great job by the PAX’s to the bitter end…. KATO was awesome passing us all on the last run as he passed by all the Pax to end behind PACRAT before the ab bust. The MICK as always giving it everything he has and making us PAX know one day we could be that good. OPTIMUS smiled the whole time while taking it serious trying not to laugh at my first time. Ha ….PACRAT well he’s PACRAT – “good to great”. It was a pleasure to grab coffee and reflect with these great men on Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. AMEN and respect brothers.
