I agreed to take the Q from Kato since he had to work. I decided to integrate the Stairway with my March planking plans. I thought the combo was actually pretty good since you got a burn at the bottom and a different burn running the stairway. Let’s see what we did:

Hold Plank to WWI Dora
1 Pax Hold Plank at Bottom of Stairway while the other Pax runs to the top and does 10 WWI’s and runs back down.
