There wasn’t a whole lot of modifying in this particular Q, but I tried to avoid exercises that targeted the back. I was very happy with the amount of effort we put in today. There was some repetition which was a great way to build up to higher reps. Muck was the only one who wanted to take me up on my preblast challenge. He seemed to enjoy it, too. I swear, if the Q has bearcrawls and higher reps, he’s all over it. He needs to put on a 50# ruck and then do bearcrawls just so everyone can keep up with him. He brought up some good ideas for future Q’s. Be prepared for more reverse and side to side bearcrawls in the future.
I don’t think I tweaked anything today, so here’s to hoping that I’ll be back at full strength by next week. Now it’s time to prepare for the Hub City Half. Fun times await.
Let’s get these numbers back up! We’ve had some low number days recently. Let’s do our best to avoid the urge to fartsack as the mornings become more like nighttime.
