Today’s post was doing things in reverse, to show we sometimes must go back to go forward.
Here’s what we did:
Fire Hydrants x10 each
Bicycles x20 forward & reverse
Low Flutters x10
Mosey to the Parking Lot.
Partner Plank Curls
Partnered up, one partner went in the Merkin position, while the other partner did curls with his feet x10 then switched positions. 5 sets of these.
Lined up and did 10-6 ladder burpees at one end, run halfway across the parking lot (forward) and did 5-1 Merkins at the other end. Return back to the start running backwards. (10 burpees, run, 5 Merkins run backwards, etc…)
Repeato in REVERSE order, 10-6 Merkins at the starting line, 5-1 Burpees at the other end, running backwards back to the start once again.
Mosey to the LO7S.
Reverse Squats x20
Reverse Lunges from LO7S line to the sign and back (we missed you, Atticus!)
Mosey to the Flag.

Nice job today, men, hope it was challenging enough for you all. Probably more burpees than I’m used to doing personally, that’s for sure. Kudos to Deerhunter for the kind words, keep improvising on those lunges, you’ll get to the reverse ones soon enough. Also great job on those partner curls by Lights Out, who ended up with Deerhunter as his partner for those, well done! We really missed Spur today and hope he can make it out soon, I heard a rumor that someone was interested in taking over custody of the Spur name. Better look into that. Also, Editor was lamenting that his name wasn’t quite manly enough, but the brothers after much convincing, determined he was either a superhero (Edi-TORR), or a super villain (like Skele-TOR).
